In summary, we only have one universal frame size. As long as your iPad is not one of the extra-large 12.9" or 13" models, it will fit perfectly and securely in our frame.

• For Legacy Devices (Below iOS 12, e.g., iPad 1/2/3/4, Mini 1): We provide a dedicated H5-based Web Application. Since this version runs directly through the Safari browser, it bypasses App Store version restrictions entirely. It is optimized for full-screen display and delivers the same core experience—including the digital photo album, weather, flip clock, and AI photo features—as a native app.
• For Modern Devices (iOS 12 and above): We offer a Native App available for direct download from the App Store, taking full advantage of the performance and features (including calendar synchronization) of newer iPad hardware.

The only models that are physically too large to fit inside iFramix are:

• iPad Air 13" (M2)

Yes, all current software features are permanently free, and we are constantly rolling out updates. In the future, if we introduce advanced features requiring high AI or server costs, we may charge a minimal fee to cover our IT expenses—but our goal is sustainability, not profit.
