1. General Shipping Overview

2. Order Delivery Timeline

The total time for you to receive your order is calculated by adding the Processing Time and the Delivery Time.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Express

  • Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days, depending on your destination.

Note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as customs clearance and local carrier delays may occasionally impact these estimates.

3. Shipping Costs & Seasonal Surcharges

Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to the vast majority of countries and regions we serve.

Peak Season Surcharge (November - December): Due to the significant increase in logistics costs and carrier demand during the holiday shopping season, a nominal shipping fee may apply to orders placed during November and December.

  • This surcharge, if applied, will not exceed $10 USD.

  • The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We collaborate with experienced international logistics partners to ensure smooth customs clearance. For the majority of destination countries, customers typically do not need to pay additional import taxes upon receipt.

However, customs policies are determined by local governments and are beyond our control. Please be aware of the following specific requirements:

  • Special Requirements (e.g., South Korea, Brazil): Customs authorities in certain regions, such as South Korea and Brazil, strictly require recipients to provide a Personal Customs Code (PCC) or Tax ID (CPF) for clearance. In these countries, import taxes or duties may be levied by local authorities.

  • Buyer Responsibility: While we strive to select the best shipping routes to minimize costs, any import duties, taxes, and local sales taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our product price or shipping cost. If assessed, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding regarding these local regulations.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship items to the following locations:

  • APO/FPO Military Addresses

  • American Samoa

  • Guam

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Puerto Rico

  • United States Minor Outlying Islands

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii
