Unlike traditional cloud-based services, iFramix is designed with a "Local-First" architecture to ensure absolute privacy.

1. Local Storage Commitment (No Cloud)

We believe your personal life should remain private.

• On-Device Storage: All content generated or used within the iFramix App—including your photos, calendar entries, and sensor data—is stored exclusively on your local device (iPad or iPhone).

• No Cloud Storage: We do not upload, store, or back up your personal App data to our servers. Because we don't have it, we cannot see it, and we cannot lose it.

• Absolute Control: You have 100% control over your data. Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all associated data.

2. No Data Sharing or Disclosure

We take a hard stand against data exploitation.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, advertisers, or institutions.

• No Government Access: Since we do not store your personal App data on our servers, it is technically impossible for us to disclose it to any government, law enforcement agency, or regulatory body.

• No Third-Party Tracking: Our App does not contain third-party SDKs or trackers designed to harvest your behavior for external use.

3. Information We Collect (Transactional Only)

We only collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill your physical orders on our website (iframix.cc):

• Order Information: Name, shipping address, and email provided during purchase are used solely for delivery and support.

• Payment Processing: Payments are handled by secure third-party processors (like Shopify/PayPal). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Security

Your data is protected by the native hardware encryption of your Apple device. We recommend using strong passcodes and not sharing device access. Since we cannot access your local data, we cannot "reset" your privacy—it remains entirely in your hands.

You have the right to absolute data autonomy. By using iFramix, you choose a service that respects your boundaries by design.
