1. 30-Day Conditional Return Policy

Our Commitment to Quality: At PeakStream Innovations LLC, we take full responsibility for the quality of every kit we ship. We stand behind our craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring your device works perfectly.

Why we have a strict return policy: International returns are logistically complex and environmentally costly. The process often results in significant financial loss and wasted time for both the buyer and the seller. Because of this, we do not support returns for "change of mind" or without a valid quality-related reason.

Refund without Return (For Unresolvable Issues): Our priority is to get your device working. However, if we determine that the issue cannot be resolved by sending replacement parts (as detailed in our Warranty section), we will issue a Full Refund. In this specific case, you are NOT required to return the defective product to us.

Important Note on DIY Products: The iFramix kit contains consumable components essential for assembly (such as aluminum strips, spacers, and adhesive pads). Once the box is opened and these components have been used or applied, the product is permanently altered and cannot be restocked or resold.

Therefore, we do not accept returns once the product has been unsealed, opened, or if any attempt at assembly has been made, unless it qualifies for the "Refund without Return" condition mentioned above.

2. 5-Year Quality Warranty (Repair First Strategy)

We are confident in the longevity of our product. If you experience any product quality issues or functional failures within 5 years of your purchase, we prioritize resolving the issue without requiring you to ship the product back.

How our Warranty Works:

  1. Troubleshooting & Parts: If a defect is confirmed, our priority is to help you fix it. We will provide replacement parts free of charge.

    • Shipping Cost: You will only be responsible for a flat shipping fee for the parts (capped at a maximum of $10 USD).

  2. Full Refund Guarantee: If we are unable to provide the necessary parts, or if the replacement parts fail to restore the product's functionality, we will issue a Full Refund without requiring a return.

Please contact us immediately at tim@iframix.cc if your item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns for reasons such as "no longer needed" or "bought by mistake" due to international shipping constraints.

  • Opened or Assembled Kits: As stated above, once the box is opened or parts (aluminum strips/spacers) are used, it cannot be returned unless defective and unrepairable.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Gift cards.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item remains in its original, sealed, and unopened condition. Once the seal is broken, the right to withdrawal for this type of DIY product may be limited.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved (for unresolvable quality issues), we will notify you immediately. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
